Refund & Returns Policy
- To qualify for a refund, you must get prior approval. Please email Sales@goodhealthcanada.com. Or call 800.455.9155.
- Products must be unopened and in good resalable condition.
- Products must be returned on or before 30 days of the date the order was shipped out.
- Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs with a valid tracking number and pre-approval.
- If the order had the incorrect item due to a packing error, or was damaged during shipping, GHN will be responsible for return shipment costs. However, we must be notified upon receipt as the 30-day return policy still applies.
- All sale items are Final Sale.
- Any circumstance outside of GHN policy will be considered case by case and a restocking fee according to industry standards of 20% of purchase.
