Your email address is essential in order for us to be able to supply you with important information such as Order Confirmations, Product Updates, offers and changes to the service. By registering with Good Health Canada, you accept to receiving email marketing as part of the terms and conditions.
1.1 If any of these Terms and Conditions is held by any court of competent authority to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, this will not affect the validity of the remaining Terms and Conditions which will continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
1.2 All copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied on this website will remain at all times vested the property of Good Health Naturally. You are permitted to use the material data and content only for your personal use in placing orders through Good Health Naturally.com, and you may not otherwise copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit, use or create derivative works of any material data and content on the website without our prior written permission.
1.3 While every care has been taken to ensure the product information shown on the website is correct, supplement products are constantly being reformulated and content may change, especially for non-Good Health Naturally products. We would therefore recommend that you do not rely solely on this information and always check product labels. We accept no liability for incorrect information.
1.4 All product images used on our website are only representative of goods on offer. Actual goods may not be exactly the same size, design or packaging. In the event that you are not happy with any goods received, you have the right to follow our refund and exchange policy.

4.6 Each order you make may includes a charge for delivery. If your delivery is subject to a delivery charge, where it is a flat rate charge it will be added at the time of the order and payment taken at that time. Where delivery is dependent on different calculations due to location, weight, etc, and a bespoke quote is required, the cost will not be taken at the time of the order, and we will make contact with you with the supping quote and for additional payment. This contact may be via phone or email. This also applies to orders placed on the wrong website for their location.
5.1 Delivery will be made to the address specified by you during the order process on the website. You have the ability to change this address with each order through the website or by phoning or emailing us prior to the order. We reserve the right to restrict deliveries in certain areas, and this includes the right to eliminate certain areas from our delivery schedule altogether.
5.2 Products are subject to availability and prevailing market conditions. We may limit the quantities of goods (particularly goods on special offer) supplied to any one customer if in our opinion the quantity ordered jeopardises availability for other customers.
5.3 We will always try to supply you with the full quantity that you have ordered, but where we have stock level issues we may not be able to supply you with the full quantity at one time and may put part of the order onto backorder status. If you are not satisfied with the quantity you have received we will arrange with you for goods to be returned to us (please note that the goods must not be used and must be in good condition). In the event that the goods delivered to you are incomplete or include incorrect goods, you must notify us promptly.
5.4 Please note adverse weather conditions or other events outside of our reasonable control may result in the occasional late or cancelled delivery, this may also include late dispatch from the distribution centre. This is beyond our control and we will take no responsibility.
5.5 We cannot accept responsibility of international orders that are not delivered due to the countries internal postal service, responsibility only falls where non-delivery is as a direct result of our own appointed courier service.

7.2 In addition to paragraph 5.4, we will not be deemed to be in breach of contract or of these Terms and Conditions as a result of any delay in our performance or failure to perform our obligations if that delay or failure to perform is due to any cause or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, but not limited to, fire, flood and other acts of God, strikes, riot, accident, disruption to energy supplies, civil commotion, acts of terrorism or war, breakdown of equipment, road traffic problems.
7.3 The laws of the United Kingdom govern these terms and any dispute of any sort that may arise between you and the Company or its affiliates, may be dealt with in accordance to these laws. Regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, you must file any claim or action related to use of the Services or these Terms within one year after such claim or action accrued. 9 TRADE ACCOUNT TERMS
9.1 To qualify for a Wholesale account, you will carry and produce either a resale license, permit or Tax ID#, which confirms that you sell/distribute natural health care products. Or, as a health care practitioner, you will either carry and produce a licensed credential or a qualification certificate from a health-related field. (Please contact our wholesale account representative Raina De Graaf for any questions regarding accepted credentials as a wholesaler.)
9.2 Good Health Naturally™ and HealthPoint™ products are available to you at wholesale costs. All prices or promotions (if any) are shown on the website.
9.3 Only Wholesalers that have their own E-commerce website will be permitted to sell GHN products online. The use of third-party websites/marketplaces are prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, Amazon, eBay,
9.4 Good Health Naturally products should not be placed on comparison search engines (CSEs) such as PriceGrabber, NexTag or any mainstream search engine shopping areas. These environments are incompatible with the status of the GHN brand.
9.5 Any reseller or affiliated seller found to be listing products on such sites will be in breach of GHUSA terms and will have their accounts closed without warning and agree to pay $10,000 compensation to Good Health USA within 30 days.
9.6 Product presentation on your website should be as shown on the GoodHealthUSA.com official website. Up-to-date product images and text must be used.
9.7 All online wholesale accounts must agree to sell products distributed by GHN for no less than the MAP prices shown on GoodHealthUSA.com. Where we become aware of a breach of the MAP prices, you will be contacted and expected to rectify the breach as soon as informed, or your account will be closed without warning.
9.8Good Health Naturally products should not be placed on comparison search engines (CSEs) such as PriceGrabber, NexTag or any mainstream search engine shopping areas. These environments are incompatible with the status of the GHN brand.
9.9 Shipping costs for U.S. customers will apply on all wholesale orders that are below $300. Shipping costs for all customers outside of the U.S. will apply on all wholesale orders regardless of value. Orders of $300 or more are free ship for U.S. domestic addresses only. USPS is our primary shipping method, and costs are calculated at checkout and determined by factors such as weight, size and destination.
9.10 GoodhealthUSA is not responsible for duty fees on international shipments. GHUSA will do everything possible to accommodate the international shipping requirements; however, any package that is lost or confiscated by customs will not be replaced by GoodHealthUSA.

9.12 GoodHealthUSA reserves the right to cease trading, directly or indirectly, with any wholesaler if, at its sole discretion, it decides that their website is an inappropriate environment for GHN products, or it is unhappy with the way in which GHN products are being promoted, or if there appears a breach of the terms and conditions in any way.
9.13 The successful opening of a Wholesale account is dependent on the signing of the agreement stating these terms and the penalty clause.
10.1 All use and purchases made on this website are governed by these Terms and Conditions at any time although the Terms and Conditions governing any given use or purchase will be those in effect at the date of your order or specific use. If you use or order goods after we have published any changes you will be bound by those changes. Accordingly, you should check prior to each or use order to ensure that you understand the precise terms and conditions applicable to your site visit or purchase. To assist you in determining whether the Terms and Conditions have changed since your most recent order we will display the date and time when these Terms and Conditions were most recently updated.
10.2 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be published on the site as they occur and will apply with immediate effect. It is your responsibility to check periodically for any changes and your continued use of our services one a change has been implemented means you accept the change.
